About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, specializing in ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+). This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless UI solutions. The successful candidate will take ownership of modules from design to deployment, lead and mentor a team of 5-6 React developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 to create responsive and accessible web interfaces
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and Vite for modern web development
- Knowledge of API integration, particularly RESTful services
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver robust and user-friendly interfaces
- Take ownership of assigned modules and features, ensuring timely delivery from design to deployment
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 React developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews, adherence to best practices, and comprehensive testing
- Integrate REST APIs seamlessly and manage data flow within the frontend architecture
- Write unit tests and component tests using Jest to ensure reliability and maintainability of code
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Participate actively in sprint planning, technical discussions, and estimation exercises to ensure project success
