Role Description
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team full-time on-site in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining user-friendly, responsive web interfaces. The role includes implementing website designs, collaborating with back-end developers to integrate functionalities, debugging and resolving performance issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices in web development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Implement UI/UX designs and ensure user-centric, intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic functionalities.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance.
- Apply best practices in coding, design patterns, and maintainable architecture.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Frontend Technologies: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Tailwind/MUI
- State Management: Redux, Context API
- Design Patterns & Architecture: Component-based design, MVVM/MVC, modular code structure
- Backend & Full-Stack Knowledge: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, basic understanding of databases
- Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA): Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- UI/UX Principles: Ability to translate designs into functional and responsive interfaces
- Tools & Collaboration: Git/GitHub, VS Code, Agile workflows, Jira/Asana
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
