About The Role
We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design mockups into functional, production-ready web interfaces that enhance user experience and meet stringent quality standards. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong ownership mindset, and a commitment to frontend excellence. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience. You should have at least three years of experience in frontend development, demonstrating proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. You must be skilled in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces while ensuring responsiveness across various devices and browsers. A solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and debugging techniques using browser developer tools is essential. Experience working within SaaS or product-based environments is highly preferred. Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability in their work. Flexibility to work US business hours when necessary is also required.
Responsibilities
- Building responsive, production-grade user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Converting Figma design files into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible web interfaces.
- Ensuring layouts are fully responsive and functional across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintaining a clean, scalable CSS architecture for ease of maintenance and updates.
- Optimizing page performance, including load times and responsiveness.
- Handling DOM manipulation and dynamic UI logic to create engaging user experiences.
- Collaborating closely with backend developers to ensure accurate API integration and data flow.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing UI bugs across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Writing maintainable, well-structured, and efficient frontend code that adheres to best practices.
- Taking ownership of UI quality, ensuring the final product meets high standards and user expectations.
