About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a meticulous professional who is passionate about creating pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of frontend technologies, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, production-ready code. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to translate designs into functional interfaces that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include converting Figma designs into responsive UI, optimizing performance, and maintaining a clean codebase, all while ensuring consistency across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of three years of frontend development experience is required, with demonstrated proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. You should have a proven ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces and a solid understanding of responsive design principles. Experience ensuring cross-browser compatibility and debugging using browser developer tools is essential. Candidates should have worked in SaaS or product-based environments and be comfortable working during US business hours if needed. Fluency in spoken and written English, along with a strong ownership mindset, are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, production-grade user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Convert Figma design files into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Ensure layouts are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain a clean, modular, and scalable CSS architecture to support ongoing development.
- Optimize page load times and overall performance to enhance user experience.
- Handle DOM manipulation and implement dynamic UI functionalities using JavaScript/jQuery.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integrations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI bugs across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Write maintainable, well-structured, and reusable frontend code.
- Take ownership of UI quality, ensuring the final product meets high standards of performance and usability.
