About The Role
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and refining the user-facing components of Joveo AI’s platform. Your work will directly impact the usability, accessibility, and performance of our platform, ensuring that enterprise clients across the globe experience a seamless and intuitive interface. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and design, transforming complex data and workflows into clean, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Key qualifications include proficiency in React or Next.js frameworks combined with TypeScript, along with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern browser rendering behaviors. Experience with state management, data fetching, and client-side routing is essential. Candidates should also be familiar with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA or above, ensuring that our platform remains inclusive and accessible. Additionally, experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress is highly desirable. A keen eye for design quality and the ability to collaborate closely with designers and backend teams are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Frontend Engineer at Joveo AI, your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining scalable UI components and frontend systems that support our platform's growth and innovation. You will translate design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that function seamlessly across devices and browsers. Optimizing Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and accessibility compliance will be a key focus to ensure a high-quality user experience. You will collaborate with backend teams to define and consume API contracts, ensuring data flows smoothly between systems. Writing comprehensive tests for UI components and user interaction flows will be vital to maintaining code quality and reliability. Additionally, you will contribute to and help maintain a shared frontend design system to promote consistency and efficiency across our products.
