About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with a strong proficiency in ReactJS to join our innovative team. This full-time position is based in Kerala or anywhere in India, with the option for remote work. As a Front-End Developer at Napster Corp, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces that deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, responsive, and visually appealing web applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients and users. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in front-end development, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, best coding practices, and UX principles.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in front-end development is essential, with demonstrated expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Redux, and CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS is required. Experience with data fetching using Promise-based APIs like Fetch, and familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Yarn, and npm, are crucial for success. Candidates should have a solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and UX principles. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively within teams and with stakeholders. Additional skills in Electron, Docker, Node.js, Python, Selenium WebDriver, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure are considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications using ReactJS, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate designs and requirements into functional interfaces.
- Implement responsive and visually appealing designs that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring efficient data fetching and manipulation.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and continuously improve the front-end codebase.
- Utilize build tools like Webpack, Yarn, and npm to streamline development workflows and deployment processes.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation of code and development processes for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Assist in automated testing and quality assurance processes, leveraging tools like Selenium WebDriver when applicable.
