About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user interface and overall user experience of Fini's AI platform. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our product, making it intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a keen eye for design and usability. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to build seamless and engaging interfaces that meet high standards of performance and accessibility.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+). A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is essential. Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling is required. The candidate should have an eye for UI details, including spacing, interaction quality, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows is necessary. A basic understanding of backend systems will facilitate effective cross-team collaboration. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fast, responsive, and accessible UI components across Fini's web platform.
- Translate designs and product requirements into clean, production-ready code that adheres to best practices.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow within the application.
- Optimize frontend performance across different browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the product.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help elevate the overall quality of the frontend codebase.
