Job Title: Frontend Developer
Core Technology Stack : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, React JS.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages and applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React JS.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable ES6+ JavaScript code following modern best practices.
- Build reusable React components and manage application state using hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useReducer) and/or Redux/Redux Toolkit.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization).
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and major mobile platforms.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with the frontend using Axios or Fetch API.
- Collaborate with backend developers to define API contracts and data structures.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, refactor legacy code, and improve code quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- 2/3 years of professional frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong command of ES6+ features: arrow functions, destructuring, modules, Promises, async/await, and optional chaining.
- Proficiency in React JS including hooks (useState, useEffect, useRef, custom hooks) and component architecture.
- Experience with CSS layout techniques — Flexbox and CSS Grid — and responsive/mobile-first design using media queries.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS) and/or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flow in React applications.
- Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web performance best practices, browser DevTools, and cross-browser compatibility.
