About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at Neo Wealth and Asset Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and Next.js, and will be instrumental in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a keen eye for usability, responsiveness, and clean architecture, ensuring our digital platforms deliver seamless experiences to our clients and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create intuitive interfaces, optimize application performance, and implement innovative features that enhance user engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing client-side data fetching.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility techniques.
- Basic understanding of performance optimization strategies for web applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications utilizing React and Next.js frameworks.
- Create reusable, modular, and scalable UI components to streamline development processes.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance, including implementing server-side rendering, code splitting, and lazy loading techniques.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and engaging user experiences.
- Integrate RESTful APIs to enable dynamic data fetching and real-time updates.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all platforms and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
