Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Front Office Trainer. The role involves training and mentoring front office staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain efficient operations. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions on communication etiquette, proficiency in handling client inquiries, and operational tools. Additionally, the trainer will monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and develop training modules to meet the organization’s service standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in tools and software relevant to front office operations
- In-depth knowledge of customer service, guest handling procedures, and operational best practices
- Experience in employee training, mentoring, or development programs
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse work environments and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
- Relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
