Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a Front Office Team Leader. The individual will oversee the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences through excellent service and coordination. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk. The role also entails training team members, monitoring daily activities, and contributing to the achievement of sales and satisfaction goals. The Front Office Team Leader will act as a key liaison between guests and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer delight.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address guest needs effectively and create a welcoming environment
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, train, and motivate staff in a collaborative setting
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to promote and upsell services to enhance guest experiences
- Proficiency in Project Management to ensure organized and efficient operations within the front office environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage daily activities and resolve guest concerns
- Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools for hospitality management
