Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor, located in Rameswaram. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, ensure smooth communication between staff and guests, handle reservations, and facilitate customer service excellence. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring front office staff, maintaining records, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure a memorable hospitality experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, mentor, and manage front office staff effectively
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and managing front desk operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service to provide exceptional guest experiences and promptly address concerns
- Knowledge of Reservations processes and ability to manage bookings efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills for seamless interactions with guests and staff
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management, travel, tourism, or a related field is preferred
