Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor based in Pakyong. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless and efficient guest registration and checkout processes. Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role also involves monitoring team performance, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage front desk staff effectively
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns efficiently
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Degree or certification in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills
