Role Description The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure efficient, guest-centric service. This full-time, on-site role based in Kumbhalgarh includes supervising front office team members, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest inquiries and escalations. The role involves coordinating reservations and room allocations, monitoring occupancy, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and payments. The Front Office Supervisor collaborates with other departments to support smooth guest experiences, maintains front office standards and procedures, and supports training and coaching of front desk staff. The position also requires maintaining compliance with brand service standards, handling reporting and documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of front office operations.

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Experience with receptionist duties such as check-in/check-out, handling phone calls, and managing guest records.
- INNKEY PMS KNOWLEDGE CANDIDATES GIVEN PREFRENCES .
- Knowledge of reservations processes, including booking management, room allocation, and coordination with sales and revenue teams.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Familiarity with front office systems and property management software (PMS) is preferred.
- Prior experience in hotel front office or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
