Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Vadodara. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, including managing receptionist tasks and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The role involves resolving guest inquiries, managing reservations, enforcing high standards of customer service, and supervising the front office team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide the front office team effectively
- Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience and handle complaints professionally
- Experience with managing Reservations and booking systems
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with guests and team members effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Flexibility to work diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
