Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Orchha. The Front Office Supervisor will manage daily front desk operations, including overseeing staff performance, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high service standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining guest satisfaction, supervising reservations, and handling any escalated concerns or special requests.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise front office staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in reservations systems, guest relations, and managing check-in/check-out processes.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities to address guest concerns and coordinate with other departments.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local attractions and services to provide personalized guest recommendations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
