Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist based in the Mohali district. Responsibilities include managing front desk activities, handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and is expected to maintain a welcoming reception area. Administrative support for various office-related tasks may also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling to manage calls and meetings professionally
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as organizing the front desk, managing correspondence, and welcoming guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in basic office software tools (e.g., MS Office) and office management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
