Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Front Office Specialist. The role involves managing reception duties, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining records, providing general administrative support, and fostering positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting clients, managing front office operations, and maintaining a professional presence
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and coordinating calendars efficiently
- Strong Phone Etiquette for professional handling of incoming and outgoing calls
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using office tools like Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
- Experience in front office or customer-facing roles is preferred
