Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Receptionist Cum Sales Telecaller, based in Karol Bagh, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing front-office operations, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized workspace. The candidate will also engage potential students via phone calls, provide information about courses, and assist with closing enrollments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of interactions, following up on leads, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-office management, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Sales telecalling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential leads and close enrollments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and provide seamless support
- Multitasking skills and the ability to manage both front-office and sales tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role or education sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
