Revivo Clinic – Metabolic Care for Obesity & Diabetes
Revivo Clinic is looking for a professional, organised and patient-focused Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi, with strong communication, telecalling and patient coordination skills. Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, aesthetic or front office environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing appointments and consultation schedules
• Handling patient enquiries, follow-ups and appointment bookings
• Coordinating patient flow and reducing wait-time confusion
• Managing calls, WhatsApp communication and walk-in enquiries
• Assisting with billing and payment coordination
• Coordinating smoothly between doctors, nutritionists and fitness teams
• Ensuring a warm, professional and welcoming patient experience
Required Skills
• Fluent in English, Tamil & Hindi
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
• Strong telecalling and patient follow-up skills
• Comfortable handling enquiry calls, lead conversion and appointment booking
• Warm, patient-friendly and well-groomed personality
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities
• Basic billing and payment handling knowledge
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and basic computer operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling difficult patients professionally
• Punctual, organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
• Sales / conversion confidence is an added advantage for program counselling support
Preferred
• Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness or front office roles
• Immediate joiners preferred
