Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role based in Vrindavan. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations. The role also requires efficient communication, coordination with other departments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling calls professionally
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Knowledge of Front Office operations and hospitality industry practices
- Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
