Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Receptionist, located in Lucknow. The selected candidate will manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming office environment. Other responsibilities include undertaking light administrative duties, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Front Office management
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and support
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
- Positive demeanor and professional appearance
