Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role located in Chandigarh. The professional will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing the front desk area, assisting with administrative duties, and delivering excellent customer service. The receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive and professional environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional handling of calls
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing a Front Office environment
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask effectively, stay organized, and work well under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and a courteous attitude
  • Proficiency in office software and familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is a plus
