We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Anvaya Healthcare, Dwarka. This role is ideal for someone who can create a warm, professional, and organized front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling using booking software
- Maintain and update patient records accurately
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Ensure the front desk area remains neat and professional at all times
- Assist patients with registration, billing, and administrative processes
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist (healthcare preferred)
- Familiarity with appointment management and patient booking systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and data entry
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach
