Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Front Office Manager - Service. The role involves managing front office operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and addressing client inquiries and service concerns. You will oversee office administration, coordinate service appointments, and foster a welcoming environment for customers. A critical aspect of the role is ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professional communication standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front Office operations and Office Administration
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multitasking responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the automotive industry or luxury brand management is a plus
- Leadership and organizational capabilities
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
