Position: Front Office Manager
Location: South Goa

We are seeking a refined, guest-focused, and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the front office operations at our luxury resort in South Goa. Preference will be given to Goan candidates or professionals currently based in Goa, with a strong understanding of local hospitality standards.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will embody exceptional hospitality, with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences while driving operational excellence and revenue performance.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory)
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in upscale/luxury hotels or resorts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Proven expertise in guest engagement, feedback management, and service recovery
- Strong upselling and revenue optimization skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all front office functions including reception, reservations, and guest relations
- Deliver seamless and personalized guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Manage guest feedback proactively and ensure service excellence at all touchpoints
- Drive upselling initiatives, maximize room revenue, and achieve defined targets
- Train, mentor, and develop the front office team to uphold premium service standards
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for flawless operations.
