Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager at our Manali location. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and exceptional customer service experiences. They will manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and coordinate with various teams to maintain high operational standards. Additionally, they will uphold a welcoming environment and lead administrative functions at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Prior experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
- Knowledge of local culture and tourist attractions is beneficial
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Business Administration are preferred
