Role Description
The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Manali. This role includes overseeing front office operations, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring top-tier customer service, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and promptness. The Front Office Manager will also coordinate with staff to maintain efficient office administration, safeguard a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Additional responsibilities include handling reservations, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Office Administration and Front Office management.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience in hospitality or a related service industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality-specific management software will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or business administration is preferred.
