Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai location. The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day front office operations, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk team, addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless services, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service, including addressing guest needs and resolving complaints effectively
- Supervision and team management skills, including training, monitoring, and motivating front office staff
- Ability to handle front desk processes, such as reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest account management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Experience with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System), is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while managing high guest traffic
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
