Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Front Office Manager for an on-site position at our Gurugram location. The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for all guests. Responsibilities include managing front office staff, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service, addressing guest queries and concerns, and maintaining efficient office administration. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of hospitality and create a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Front Office operations, Office Administration, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Leadership and team management experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in using office software and front desk systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is an advantage
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
