Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orchha for a Front Office Manager. The role involves overseeing daily front office operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining seamless office administration. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for resolving guest inquiries, optimizing customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth hotel workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front Office operations and Office Administration
- Strong focus on Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
