Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage VIP arrivals, and provide special attention to ensure a memorable stay.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to guest complaints, empathize, and solve problems promptly to boost satisfaction.
- Communication & Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and room service to meet guest needs and fulfill special requests.
- Record Management: Update guest history profiles to ensure personalized service for future visits and maintain accurate logs.
- Upselling: Recommend fee-based services such as spa treatments, dining, and hotel activities to increase revenue.
