Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Jodhpur. The role involves managing office administration, delivering exemplary customer service, and ensuring smooth front office operations. Responsibilities include overseeing reception activities, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing correspondence, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency. The role also requires fostering a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience and familiarity with hospitality or managerial roles are advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in office software and familiarity with customer management systems is a plus
