Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Front Office Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing the front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk team, handling guest inquiries and issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, organizing office procedures, and ensuring efficient daily operations. You will act as a key representative of the property, delivering excellent customer service while upholding the brand’s standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front Office and Office Administration processes and procedures
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to handle guest queries and complaints effectively
- Leadership skills and prior experience managing a team is highly desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
