Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Udaipur. The Front Office Manager will oversee all front office operations, ensure smooth customer check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest inquiries effectively. The role includes managing the front office team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining operational excellence to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
  • Leadership abilities to manage a team and ensure smooth front office operations
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work in an on-site dynamic environment
