Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at IBM Hospital & Trauma Centre in Panipat. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing patient check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, maintaining communication between departments, addressing customer concerns, and supervising front office staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in supervising teams and coordinating between departments
- Knowledge of hospital administration or healthcare experience is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
