🚨 We’re Hiring | Front Office Manager – Hotel Jawahar (Mumbai)
I’m looking to hire a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to join our team at Hotel Jawahar.
If you are passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team leadership, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and handle escalations
• Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and coordination with other departments
• Lead and train the front office team
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
• 3–6 years of experience in hotel front office operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with hotel PMS / OTA platforms preferred
