Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager, based at our resort in Bhopal. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing reservations, supervising front office staff, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will handle scheduling, staff training, and liaising with other departments to guarantee seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Front Office operations, Office Administration, and team supervision
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Previous experience in the hospitality or resort industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
