Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager -Service located in Surat. The Front Office Manager will oversee front desk operations with the service advisors, ensure excellent customer service, manage customer inquiries and feedback, and ensure smooth office administration. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Service Front Office management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the automotive industry or luxury services is an advantage
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Local candidates are preferred
