Front Office Managerđź“Ť Ashirwad Club Resort | Full-Time
Ashirwad Club Resort is seeking a highly professional and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for a candidate who combines leadership excellence with a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest services
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and personalized guest journey from arrival to departure
- Lead, train, and mentor the front office team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy rates, and revenue optimization
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and billing systems
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, policies, and safety procedures
Education- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management / Business Administration (preferred)
- Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service will be an advantage
Required Skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Certifications- Certification in Hospitality Management or Front Office Operations
- Customer Service Excellence Certification
- Training in Hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, or similar systems)
- Leadership or Team Management Certification
- First Aid / Basic Safety Certification (added advantage)
Experience- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office operations
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a hotel/resort
