Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Front Office Head. The Front Office Head will oversee all aspects of the front office operations, including managing the reception team, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any complaints to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining reservation systems, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, and training front office staff to deliver exceptional hospitality. The role requires effective operations management and continuous optimization of front office procedures to uphold the resort's luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front Office Operations, including managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Superb Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and lead front office staff.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with guests and coordinate with other departments.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities to handle issues efficiently and maintain a prestigious guest experience.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and tools; knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or hospitality establishment is highly desirable.
