We’re Hiring: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
We are looking for a Front Office Executive / Receptionist who will be the face of our office and play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well‑organized workplace.
🔍 Role Overview
As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will ensure seamless front‑desk operations while providing strong administrative and coordination support across the office.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth
- Manage visitor check‑in/check‑out in line with security protocols
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Remain composed and professional during high‑traffic hours
Office Administration & Coordination
- Conduct daily office rounds and coordinate with housekeeping
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and meeting room readiness
- Perform data entry, record management, and document preparation
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services
- Monitor and reorder office stationery, magazines, and inventory
Financial & Inventory Management
- Manage petty cash with 100% accuracy and prepare monthly reconciliation reports
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and raise purchase requests
HR & Employee Engagement Support
- Maintain employee birthday data and share weekly announcements
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for HR
- Print recognition certificates (Employee of the Month, Team Awards, Leadership Awards)
New Joiner & Event Support
- Support new hires with greetings, induction coordination, and kit handover
- Assist with office events, including setup, AV coordination, refreshments, and décor
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- Graduation (any discipline) – mandatory
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory); basic Hindi preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer‑focused and professional demeanor
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
