Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Front Office Executive - IT will manage front office operations, handle reception duties, welcome visitors, and address customer inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities include managing communication channels professionally, coordinating customer service tasks, and assisting with administrative functions to support the hospital's operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
• Proficiency in performing receptionist duties, such as handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address patient inquiries and provide a positive experience
• Comfortable managing front office tasks in a professional healthcare setting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in using office technology and basic computer applications
• Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant fields is preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare or front office management is an advantage
