Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role based in Visakhapatnam. The Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, learners, and partners, managing reception operations and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and guiding visitors, answering phone calls and emails, managing appointments, and maintaining visitor logs and front desk records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for scheduling classes or meetings, handling basic inquiries about courses and services, and supporting administrative tasks such as document handling and data entry. The Front Office Executive is expected to uphold VTZ Academy’s service standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth daily operations at the center.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing visitor flow, handling incoming calls, and maintaining front desk records.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with learners, parents, faculty, and external visitors.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships, handle inquiries with patience, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, office tools) and familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools are highly beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in administration, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a front office, educational institution, or customer-facing role is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
