Role Description
The Front Office Executive role is a full-time position based on-site in Gurugram. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, managing the front desk and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, handling correspondence, managing appointments, and maintaining visitors' records. You will also coordinate with internal departments, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including managing appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create professional correspondence and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with an aptitude for customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification is preferred.
