Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role at our Kevadia Property. The role involves managing front desk operations and providing a warm and professional first point of contact for guests. Daily responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, maintaining organised records, and promptly addressing guest inquiries to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience. The Front Office Executive will also collaborate with various departments to support seamless hospitality services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build connections with guests and ensure a positive experience
- Proficiency in managing receptionist duties and front desk operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to address guest needs effectively
- Customer service skills that demonstrate hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Experience in front office management or related roles within the hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed in dynamic environments
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
