🌿 We’re Hiring: Front Office Executive 🌿
At Rurban Resort, every guest interaction matters. We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Office Executive who can create a memorable first impression and ensure a seamless guest experience.
🔹 Role Overview
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of the resort—Making reservations, Attending booking calls, welcoming guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, creating daily report and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and local languages preferred.
- Customer Service experience with a commitment to hospitality and ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Proficiency in Front Office operations, including managing reservations and handling administrative tasks.
- Professional appearance, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software; knowledge of booking and reservation systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain records of sales and reservation
• Maintaining accurate billing/ invoicing
• Attending Calls making inbound reservations
🔹 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel/resort front office or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
• Basic knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
