Job Title: Front Office Executive (Estate Concierge)

About Alexander Heritage 1907: Alexander Heritage 1907 is Matheran’s premier ultra-luxury "Heritage Estate & Private Sanctuary." Accessible only via our signature Rainforest Arrival Ritual in a strict no-car zone, we cater exclusively to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs/UHNIs) seeking absolute privacy, digital detox, and premium hospitality. We do not accept standard bookings; access to the estate is strictly through a curated "Request an Invitation" funnel.
The Role: We are seeking a polished, articulate, and highly organized Front Office Executive to serve as the first and primary point of contact for our elite guests. You will not be standing behind a traditional reception desk. Instead, you will act as an Estate Concierge, orchestrating a frictionless, luggage-free arrival experience and managing the bespoke itineraries of our guests with absolute discretion and "silent" hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
The Rainforest Arrival Ritual & Guest Journey
- Act as the logistical anchor for the Rainforest Arrival Ritual. Coordinate real-time with logistics staff at Dasturi Point to dispatch weather-proofed Heritage Carts and ensure a seamless, luggage-free transit for arriving guests.
- Eliminate the traditional front desk check-in. Conduct highly personalized, in-suite check-ins and orientations, introducing guests to the property's digital detox philosophy and heritage amenities.
- Prepare and oversee the delivery of bespoke welcome touchpoints, including the signature forest-berry welcome drinks.
Elite Guest Relations & Command Center Operations
- Serve as the central communication hub between the guests, Estate Butlers, and Heritage Custodians (Housekeeping) to anticipate needs before they are requested.
- Manage the "Request an Invitation" communication funnel. Handle inquiries, screen potential guests according to our brand positioning, and manage correspondence with ultra-luxury clientele using impeccable email and phone etiquette.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the culinary team to schedule guests for the 1907 Signature Trail tasting menu at the Glass House Conservatory and bespoke Artisanal Tea Rituals.
Administration & Discretion
- Maintain meticulous, highly confidential guest profiling (preferences, dietary restrictions, special occasions) to ensure hyper-personalized service during current and future stays.
- Handle high-value billing, secure payment processing, and final invoicing with absolute accuracy and discretion.
- Gracefully manage and enforce the property's "no-car," low-noise, and privacy-first policies without compromising the luxury experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 to 4+ years of front office or guest relations experience in a luxury boutique hotel, premium resort, or ultra-luxury heritage property.
- Flawless spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is highly advantageous for coordinating with local Matheran logistics.
- A deep understanding of "Old Money" / quiet luxury service standards—knowing how to be hyper-attentive yet completely unobtrusive.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to confidently interact with VIPs, celebrities, and UHNIs.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, weather-dependent (heavy monsoon) environment while maintaining immaculate personal grooming and composure.
