Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive at our Kolkata location. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the front desk, performing receptionist duties, interacting with patients and visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and delivering outstanding customer service.
