Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role located in Nathdwara. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer interactions both in-person and over the phone, and ensuring efficient check-in processes for visitors and guests. They will serve as the primary point of contact at the front office, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing schedules, welcoming guests, and coordinating front desk operations.
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience with check-in procedures and maintaining smooth front desk functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in hospitality or facility management is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer and office applications such as MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or relevant field is advantageous.
